Every Body In Hand session happens in one place: my studio at 25109 Jefferson Ave Ste 120 in Murrieta. I do not have satellite offices or make house calls. You come to me. This page points you to the city guide that matches where you're driving from. Murrieta has drawn people this way for more than a century; the city's official history records how the valley's natural hot springs became the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort and flourished in the early 1900s. My work is simpler: one quiet room, one therapist, and one appointment at a time. The drive feels easier when you leave enough room to arrive, settle in, and start without rushing. Service area is the group of communities whose residents can reasonably travel to the Murrieta studio. It describes where clients come from, not where I keep offices. Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, and Hemet each have a guide because the drive is different. Service location is the physical place where the massage happens. Body In Hand has one: the Murrieta address above. There is no Temecula branch, no Menifee room, and no second table in the cities listed here. When you book, you are booking an in-office appointment with me in Murrieta. So when I say "areas we serve," I mean it carefully: it doesn't mean I travel to your home, hotel, workplace, or event. I don't offer mobile, on-site, or chair massage, and I don't take walk-ins. The five city guides are about getting to one studio.

Start with the city you will actually leave from. Each guide keeps its own route context, and this page stays focused on the choice between drives. I learned that two people in the same city can need very different planning. Your starting point, schedule, preferred session, and tolerance for traffic all matter.

Temecula

The Temecula page is for my closest larger neighbor to the south, about eight miles down I-15. It explains the drive to my Murrieta studio and what to consider before you book. If Temecula is your starting point, begin there rather than guessing from a regional map.

Menifee

The Menifee page covers the drive from Menifee to Murrieta. Whatever city you come from, I'll ask what brings you in and shape the session around that. Choose this guide if Menifee is home, then allow time for the trip before your appointment.

Wildomar

The Wildomar page describes the shortest drive of the five. Wildomar sits next to Murrieta, so the studio is minutes away for many residents. A shorter trip can make an appointment easier to fit around the rest of your day. It still helps to arrive with time to spare.

Lake Elsinore

The Lake Elsinore page is for the northwestern I-15 approach. It gives route context without suggesting that I have a room in Lake Elsinore. The appointment still takes place at the Jefferson Avenue studio, so plan the full round trip, not only the minutes on the freeway.

Hemet

The Hemet page covers the longest trip in this group, roughly 30 minutes under ordinary conditions. Read it if you are deciding whether the drive suits the focused, one-to-one session I offer. I would rather be clear about the distance than make the studio sound closer than it is. Check your route for the time you plan to travel. When I say "the I-15 corridor," I mean the north-south route linking Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, and Lake Elsinore — practical shorthand, not a claim that every address in those cities has the same drive. Menifee and Hemet approach the studio differently, and even two people in the same city can start from opposite sides of town. For example, someone in Menifee and someone in Temecula are both roughly a quarter of an hour away, but by different freeways, so the honest comparison is the drive rather than the map.

Closest neighboring drives

Wildomar is the closest, with Temecula also nearby at about eight miles from the studio. These are useful starting points when distance is your main concern. Still, "nearby" is not an appointment buffer. Most clients are more comfortable when they have time to arrive, settle in, and begin without carrying freeway urgency onto the table.

Northern and northwestern drives

Menifee and Lake Elsinore are both reasonable regional trips, but they are not interchangeable. Menifee clients approach from the north; Lake Elsinore clients generally follow the I-15 corridor. Your starting address and the time of day decide which trip feels simpler. The city guides give context, and your map gives the live answer.

The longest planned trip

Hemet is the trip to plan most deliberately. A roughly 30-minute drive can work well, but it asks for more room around the appointment. If the distance would make you watch the clock through the session, it is honest to choose something closer to home.

My studio hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I am closed Wednesday and Friday. I noticed that weekend hours give people coming from farther away more room to choose a time. Check the route you will actually take and leave a little margin. Rates start from $85, with exact current rates and available appointment lengths kept on Square. In my experience, people are more comfortable when the travel plan is settled before they arrive. Choosing the right city guide answers the travel question; choosing a service answers what kind of session you want.

A practical example: if you live in Temecula and have a late-afternoon appointment, read the Temecula guide, check your live route, and plan to arrive without sprinting through the door. Someone in Wildomar may need less travel time. Someone in Hemet should protect more of the day. The room and the care are the same; the planning changes.

In-Office Means In-Office

All appointments are at the Murrieta studio. I do not bring a table to homes, hotels, offices, events, or recovery locations. I also do not offer chair massage. If you are comparing Body In Hand with a mobile provider, the difference is simple: they travel to you; you travel to my prepared treatment room. Mine is in-office only. Appointments are required, so arriving at the address without booking will not guarantee a session. Booking ahead reserves the room and my time for you. It also means you know who will work with you: Erika Cocco, a CAMTC-certified massage therapist (CAMTC #8438). I am the sole practitioner. There is no front desk rotating you to whoever happens to be free. Wherever you drive from, the room and the appointment are the same.

Nearby Communities Without Separate Pages

I also welcome clients from Winchester, Canyon Lake, French Valley, and Fallbrook. Those communities do not have separate guides because they would repeat the same studio description. If you live in one of them, map the Murrieta address, review the service list, and book a time that gives you a comfortable trip. The same is true if your community is not named on this page. The list is not a boundary that keeps anyone out. It is a set of regional guides for common routes. Distance matters less than people expect after the first visit. What actually decides whether someone comes back is the session itself and whether the calendar has a slot that fits their week.

One thing worth saying plainly: for most healthy adults, massage is comfortable, low-risk care — the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says the risk of harmful effects is low (NCCIH, 2024). The same source notes the evidence for pain relief is mixed rather than settled, and I'd rather repeat that than promise more than an hour can deliver.
